OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to provide Quality care for children regardless of cultural background, skill or ability. We aim to work in partnership with parents to promote children's learning and wellbeing. Our centre is committed to promoting teamwork, compassion, caring and providing security, freedom and enhancing child self esteem.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our centre strives to provide each child with a sense of identity by providing a relaxed homelike environment which focuses on children's strengths and interests and which takes into account parent suggestions and ideas. For us, each child is unique and the protagonist of his or her growth.

OUR GOALS

Our centre values individuality and builds on meaningful individual relationships with each child by providing opportunities to communicate, to be responded to, and to consult children continuously on all appropriate issues relating to them.

Our centre continuously strives to impliment the centre's philosophy through the following broad goals:

		Foster a sense of belonging for children, staff and parents
		provide a high quality educational program tailored to suit each individual child and their social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs
		encourage children to accept responsibility and develop independence in a range of daily activities
		establish a comfortable and warm atmosphere where each individual is respected
		maintain a safe and hygenic environment for all concerned, with clear expectations for staff, parents and children
		encourage children to interact with other individuals in a socially acceptable manner while recognising that others have rights which should not be infringed
